Cinnamon Rolls
Chef will guide you through a deliciously detailed class where you have the hands on experience to make cinnamon rolls from start to finish. Let's get creative! You'll have your choice of additions from fruit to nuts and a few other surprises! While they bake, enjoy a light meal. Once they are done, we top them off with homemade glaze!
Finally enjoy the fruits of your labor and dive into one of your creations or wrap them all to go with you along with your new baking skills! Take the experience home with a gift bag filled with items from the class and a recipe!

Get swirled up into the world of cupcakes! You'll learn frosting techniques, baking tips, and much more while decorating 4 fun Cupcakes!
After decorating enjoy your works of art or take them home with you along with a goodie bag full of items from our class!

Cookie Decorating
During class, we will decorate 4 themed cookies step-by-step. We will cover these topics while we decorate:
– Royal Icing Consistencies
– Coloring your icing
– Outlining, flooding, and detailing
–Tools you need at home
– My personal tips
Each student will leave class with the knowledge and confidence to try this at home. At the end of class, all students will be entered in a drawing to take home the cookies that I demonstrate and a surprise goody bag.
